To the said the said Inter this deponent deposeth and sajeth that the deede none shewed both vnto him this deponent at the tyme of this examinacion and wherevppon the last at the tyme of this his examinacion inquired the name of this Inter and deede of the said Chyprian Caboye and was by him sealed and deliuered the daye of the date hereof. And got the said deponent not a witnes to the sealinge and deliuery therof, And this deponent further deposeth and sajeth that at the said this deponent secretly sealinge a deliuery therof, And this deponent further deposeth and sajeth that at the said this deponent secretly Gunther and Releived the said deede was made in the to both of them by the said Chyprian Caboye, both noe power to doe beleeke the same deede as this deponent verely Conceives, and that the rest of the said Chyprian Caboyes and Anuers or other profitts therof are the same deede to this deponents knowledge, and the rest of his father this deponent cannot depose.
