John Cominge sonne of Walter Coming about iii yeares past bought of Iohn Young Costomer of Chichester CCC quarters wheate for CCC li. for payment whereof the saide Iohn Coming became bounden to Younge in CCC li. for payment of C li. within a moneth And Walter Coming did likewise become bounden in CCC C li. to paie the other C C li. at xpiuas then next following w[i]th bonde so made by Walter Cominge was and is the bonde nowe assigned to her ma[jes]tie by the sayde young. And for proofe of the payment, maies aswell of the sayde sonne of C li. as also of the sayde C C li. nowe assigned to her ma[jes]tie. It appeareth by the p[ar]ticulers herevnder written that the same is fullie satisfied (with an overplus) viz/ Henry Perrie paid vnto the saide Iohn Younge the xvjth of September 1588. (or thereabouts) p[er] the sayd Iohn Young received more of Iohn Nicholson deceased for certayne salt the xvjth of November. 1588. xxiij li. viij s. vjd which he the sayde Younge acknowledged to haue receyved more paid by the sayde Nicholson to the sayde Iohn Young xijth of Ianuary 1588 or thereabouts which is likewise confessed by the sayde Iohn Younge as it is to be likewise approued more paid by the saide Henry Parrie for Victuling of a shipp by the direction of the sayde Younge w[hi]ch is likewise to be approued p[er] xvj li. more Henry Pirry paid vnto the saide Iohn Younge the xth of Iune 1589. which he can depose at all times when he shalbe thereto required p[er] xvj li. Henricus Perrie de Lowe in Com Crumb presstit Sacrui[us] q[uo]d vjce idem Henricus soluit p[er]fato Ioh[n] Younge dict sum[m]as opluyli opll li. opll li. vj li. et q[ui]d idem Ioh[n]es Younge recepit de Ioh[n]e Nicholson vt de bonis et pecunijs vjus Henrici Perrye dict sum[m]as opll lij li. vj s. vjd et Cxl li. vltra dict opll li. exposit & virtual viuis præd p[er] emide Henrici Perrye p[er] assignac[i]onem did Ioh[n]es Younge, Quequid sepales sum[m]e extenden o[mn]i de Cxl li. vj s. vjd soluit fuerunt in p[ar]tem soluc[i]o[n]is CCC li. in Sceiptis obligatorijs superius præficit coram me I[ohn] Gotg[er]ton: Annodum 1589. or thereabouts w[hi]ch is also to be proved at all tymes Idem Ioh[n]es Conynge eod[em] xxi die finij do xxiij li. supradict presstit Sacrui[us] q[ui]d vjce idem Ioh[n]es soluit bis manis did Ric[us] Ashers dict sum[m]um et l[ib]ri in p[ar]tem soluc[i]o[n]is dict CCC li. in diuobus obligac[i]onis præficit. dies q[ui] Ric[us] Ashers presstit Sacrui[us] q[ui]d vjce recepit ad v[er]s[us] did Ioh[n]es Younge actum mira[m] sin dict sum[m]am o l[ib]ri coram me I[ohn] Gotg[er]ton: Symon Clatworthie paid to the sayde Young in kerseys in November 1589. or thereabouts pluyli. and is redy at all times to depose the same pluyli. Idem Symon Clatworthie presstit Sacrui[us] die et do præd q[ui] vjce delibant prefat Ioh[n] Younge tant panius laud voc karsies qual dict Ioh[n]es Younge recepit & dict sum[m]a opluyli et q[ui]d idem Ioh[n]es Younge actum fatebat dict sum[m]am pluyli fore vltimam soluc[i]o[n]em o[mn]i tal sum[m]ar[um] pecuniar[um] qual eum Ioh[n] Younge fuerunt debit & dict CCC quarterijs fraim frumenti coram me I[ohn] Gotg[er]ton: It is to be proved by the Testimony of diu[er]s p[er]sons that the sayde Young at the time of the receipt of the saide pluyli in kerseys, by the handes of the sayde Symon Clatworthie being the last payment of the money for the corne did acknowledg satisfacc[i]on for the same So it appeareth by this accompt that the sayde Iohn Young hath receyved his whole debt of CCC li. and an overplus more of xxi li. vj s. vjd w[i]th the sayde Conynge, payed him for forbeareance of the money although the wheate wanted iij quarters of CCC quarters In december 1589. the sayde Young acknowledged himself satisfied for the Come in the p[re]sence of Symon Clatworthie Thomas Coming Henry Perrie & Iohn Conynge whoe are able to depose the same at all tymes when they shalbe required. Et quoad premissa in vltim article menc[i]onat tam de Thomas Conyn[ge] de Low præd quin præced Henricus Perry et Ioh[n]es Conyn[ge] de Low præd ac dict Symon Clatworthie de Colompton in Com Ievon Clothier presstiterunt Sacrui[us] fore veru[m] die et do prædict Iohn Gotg[er]ton I[ohn] Gotg[er]ton
